mamaness's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- just thinking it out so i have somewhere to refer when i start forgetting i'm having meatballs & rice for lunch. thinking about what else i can do for snacks on our drive tonight. not much money to spend so i have to do as much from here as i can. I made banana bread this morning & i'm going to pop some popcorn. I might make some cookies, too, since we ate all the ones I made last Thursday. We have to buy doritos & caffeine for Jason, probably a couple of 20 oz pepsi's. I'm driving the first couple of hours but I think we're going to stop at QT for drinks, so I'll just grab mine then. Shoot if we leave from Atown. Well theres a QT right near my BILs apt which is on the way to the highway, I'll just go that way. I filled empty bottles from bottled water & put them in the freezer. We'll just use our soft side picnic bag for drinks. I remembered to get the cds out of jasons car. Forgot to tell FIL he is going to use that booster for J tommorow. I can't believe my baby is going to be driving to another state in another car without me or his daddy on a whole different day. ooh. It moved. Right as kier asked "are you going to have a baby mommy?" And yes, i called my baby "it" it's just habit, deal with it. (heh. it it it). too much without paragraph break ! I still haven't finished packing. Its just all sooo much by myself. I am going to figure out what clothes I want for me, then I may do jasons too, or I may let him do his own. I am almost completely caught up to laundry now because I did so much to prepare for this weekend ! There are diapers in the dryer, that is something else I need to grab - a small pack of disposables for nighttime. I should have enough cloth to get us through the weekend, at least the first 3 days & we'll be driving on Monday anyway. I need to get the bag for those packed up once they dry. Get a small diaper bag for in the car packed. Get a small bag of action figures packed for the boys (these will keep them busy if they do wake up in the car, which i'm sure they will). Get the boys pillows/blankets folded and set aside. Call MIL about a couple of things. Make sure I am careful with the gift mom got for mawmaw & dada, and don't forget to bring it ! Oh and give Sarah a call about dropping by there to swap books with her. I was hoping we could get together but we haven't been able to. i'm sure i'm forgetting *something* but i'll figure that out in a bit. i have to pick up jeric, pick up my check & cash it, come home, wake up jas to pack the car, finish cleaning here, don't know what time j is getting picked up or we might bring him over there & probably go to my parents because i think i'm gonna leave mom the van for the weekend. J has a bachelor party to go to at 7 for a couple of hours, the kids and I can hang out over there, watch the incredibles or cheaper by the dozen with everyone. 12:40 p.m. - 2005-04-28 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
